As an independent yoga teacher and fitness coach, I believe a body that moves better is a body that feels stronger — physically and mentally.
My approach blends the precision of yoga with the energy of fitness: demanding yet accessible sessions, built on listening, alignment and the joy of movement. Without a fixed studio, I come to wherever you are.
All my sessions are offered in English and in French, for individuals and international clients alike.
