No. Every session adapts to your level, whether you are just starting or have practised for years.
Wherever you are: at home, outdoors, at work or at your hotel. For group classes, a studio can be booked if needed.
Gather your group and write to me: we set the date, place and format together. Group classes are on request only.
Yes. All sessions are offered in both English and French.
Rates are shared on request and depend on the format, duration and location. Tell me about your project and I’ll reply with a proposal.
